Copper and aluminum surfaces cannot be welded, rusted surfaces cannot be welded, and smooth stainless steel surfaces can be welded normally.
One electrode of some batteries is stainless steel and the other electrode is aluminum.
Our spot welder can weld stainless steel electrode, and aluminum electrode needs ultrasonic welding.
Please pay attention. Again, aluminum electrode and copper electrode cannot be welded.
Common 18650,32650 and other round batteries can be welded.
Only when the two needles are stably pressed on the nickel sheet will they be output for welding.
Lift them up and weld again.
Instructions for use:
Spot welding nickel sheet
1. The battery should be fully charged, and it must be fully charged. The thickness of spot-welded nickel sheet should not be thicker than 0.15MM.
2. Pay attention to press the pressure for spot welding. The harder you press, the less heat you get; The lighter the press, the greater the heat; But if it is too light, it will be perforated, and if it is too heavy, it will not be fastened. Therefore, it is necessary to apply appropriate force, and not to press too hard.
3. The battery should be polished and smooth, and the oxide layer and unevenness on the surface should be removed. If the soldering pen is oxidized to black, please polish it with fine sandpaper.
4. Point at the sharpest point of the pen, so you can point it more firmly. Welding method: Visually inspect the welding head and hold it at 60 degrees to the horizontal plane. The two needles are pressed against the surface of the nickel sheet at the same time, and the contact is good. The current flows from one needle to the other needle, and the nickel sheet is melted by high current, so that the battery is successfully welded with the nickel sheet.
